From Mother and Daughter to Best Friends

I created this mug as a tribute to my relationship with my daughter. When she was young, I would remind her that I was her mother, not one of her friends.

Years later, at her wedding, a family member wrote for me and performed a song that told the story of her life—from childhood to becoming a wife. The song ended with the words, “I will always be your friend.”

This mug reflects that beautiful journey. A simple, meaningful gift that celebrates a bond that grows deeper with time and becomes a friendship that lasts a lifetime.

Why a Mug?

I love receiving mugs from my children no matter their age and their families. Each one reminds me that they thought of me and of the ways I touched their lives. I still reach for the mugs my children have given me over the years, from childhood gifts to ones given as adults.
